Richie Paduano, (AKA, Richie P), is the boot camp master at T-3 Health and Fitness. Richie is an NFPT Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Trainer and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

 

 

 

 

 



At Richie’s boot camp, you will:

Each workout utilizes the whole body including legs and glutes, abs and core, arms and shoulders, upper body, and concludes with a cool down, guided stretch.
