Upper Body Strengthening / Body Building

upper-body1Our upper body strength class utilizes several advanced body building techniques to develop strength, power size and explosive speed.   Our goal is to help you to build a lean or very muscular physique and propel your training to new levels.

 

Lower Body Strengthening / Body Building

This program brings about a no-nonsense, results orientated approach to lower body weight training.  This is one hour dedicated to absolutely smashing your quads, hamstrings and glutes.  We’re here to ensure that you develop your best ASSets possible.

 

 

Build and Burn

intensity-training1 The combination of aerobic, athletic sprint work and core abdominal exercises while wearing weighted vests.  The goal of this program is to raise your metabolic rate for serious muscle building and fat burning.

 

 

 

Boxing / Kick Boxing Fitness

Not just for the men.  The ladies love this program.  This is an energy packed hour of power!  And, it’s a lot of fun.  This program consists of drills involving running, skipping, pad and bag work to absolutely rock your fitness world forever.

 

 

“1000” High Intensity

plyometrics3This is the original crossfit.  Similar to the training program developed by Dan Gable, the 1972 Olympic wrestling champion and hall of fame coach from the University of Iowa and the training program Craig Marks utilized religiously throughout his successful collegiate  wrestling career at UTC, this high intensity class combines a variety of training tools including strength training, aerobic work, plyometrics and core conditioning, not for the weak of heart or mind, guaranteed to burn over 1000 calories in less than an hour.

Craig Marks has trained high school, collegiate and Olympic wrestlers for over 20 years.  Beginning at the young age of 8, Craig has been involved in the sport of wrestling for nearly 35 years, as a competitor and coach.   He offers training for the novice, middle school, high school and collegiate level wrestlers.aau
