T-3 Health and Fitness is proud to announce that we are the only licensed Fire and Police Academy Physical Agility Test Preparation Facility in Southwest Broward County!
We have trained numerous candidates for the Broward and Miami-Dade Fire and Police Academies. Our program is designed to train the candidate in specific exercises to help them achieve a passing score in their physical agility test which is required for acceptance and graduation from their respective academies.
